Please consider the possibility of adding a function: fines for the vendor.
1. If the vendor did not confirm the order (did not change the status of the order from “processing” to “delivered” or another available order status within 12 hours from the time of the order) – the vendor receives a fine (amount) and a warning (email? – or notification).
2. If the vendor did not respond to the return request within 12 hours (or other time) – a fine (amount) and a warning (email? – or notification)
3. If the vendor did not set the status of the order to “completed” within the period (number of days) – he receives a fine (amount) and a warning (email? – or notification).
