ParticipantHi, I installed the Advanced Custom Fields but they are not showing in “Add Product” Section of the vendor Dashboard.
I reviewed your documentation and stands that you just need to install the plugin.
I would like to know how to proceed.
Best regards

ParticipantHello,
I’m here with the same issue – I’m sure my new ACF group with a text-area field is located on Products (in fact I see the new field in normal WordPress editor), but still doesn’t show in the vendor dashboard. Is it possible to fix it on the spot, somehow?

KeymasterHi,
We tried to recreate this on your end by disabling all other plugins except for WCMp, Woocommerce and ACF but didn’t face any such issues.
Here is the video showing ACF fields in vendor’s dashboard product page- https://www.loom.com/share/430be25931a140cab51c196343d49dc6 -

ParticipantHello Tithi,
I went on further with the investigation and I found out that custom fields in vendor dashboard disappear when I activate another plugin of WC Marketplace series, that is the Membership one.
Now, my client needs to use both memberships and custom fields in dashboard. Can you take action on this issue or advise about how to do? Thanks! -

ParticipantSure!! Attached you find a screenshot of my products in the vendor dashboard, with ACF fields I need to visualise highlighted.
The screenshot has been taken with theme and all plugins activated:– including WCMp Advanced Frontend Manager
– excluding WCMp Vendor Membership (https://multivendorx.com/product/wcmp-vendor-membership/).As soon as I try to activate WCMp Vendor Membership, those fields in vendor dashboard all disappear (not disappearing from normal WordPress admin, though).

ParticipantHello,
I just tried to do the suggested action. To be sure that there are not conflicts, I de-activated all plugins and themes that are not related to my issue. Unfortunately nothing is selectable in the WCMp addons box into Membership products (screenshot attached), so actually this doesn’t fix my problem.Eventually your staff can access to my staging area anytime, using credentials I left in the private reply no. #133823 of this thread, and try directly.
Just to remind the issue: if I activate WCMp Membership plugin, on the vendor dashboard (using Advanced Frontend Manager) I don’t see ACF custom fields anymore. But if I deactivate WCMp Membership I see them. I urgently need to use all the mentioned plugins having Membership active and custom fields on vendor dashboards (using Advanced Frontend Manager).
Looking to have a follow-up!
Thanks!!

Keymaster@gisella, not to woorry. We will inspect the issue in your site.
Can you please create a staging site and share a temporary admin, vendor and FTP access.

Keymaster@gisella, can you please configure the ACF plugins, because we are not able to see the issue on your end.

ParticipantYes, the issue in the staging was not visible right now. Now I logged as admin and I activated the only plugin that was not active – WCMp Vendor Membership (https://multivendorx.com/product/wcmp-vendor-membership/).
Now, if you log as vendor you won’t see the ACF Fields anymore while trying to update a product.
So…
1) bug not happening if plugin WCMp Vendor Membership is OFF – I see ACF fields in vendor dashboard
2) bug happening if plugin WCMp Vendor Membership is ON – I don’t see ACF fields in vendor dashboardACF is always set the same.
Can you take one more look at this?
Thanks.

KeymasterGisella, it seems like ACF was not supported via membership.
We have added that now as you can see in the video it is working fine https://watch.screencastify.com/v/NbAB8qdeefwY8ifPdFDi
