Hi, please follow this

Clear the debug file of your site and add this in your config.php:
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, true);
Enable debug mode and then connect a vendor
After that access the log file of your wordpress and check the error log again
See if there is any error and share that error message with us.

Please check your current version of our plugin. And also check if there are any other extra codes that exist or not. Because errors come from different plugins. And also check your API key and secret key is valid or not.
