Is there a way to limit the commission creation by payment method?
ie. no commission if pay by cash
ie. 10% if pay by credit card

Let me assist you here, with MultiVendorX the admin can set different commissions per Product, Category , Global and vendor.
You can refer to our knowledgebase doc to know in details about the commission management in MultiVendorX https://multivendorx.com/get-help/knowledgebase/commission-management/
As there is no such setting to set commission per payment method, hence you need to do this by adding custom code.
Do you have any developers so we can guide them with the coding flow?
