Hi,

starting from yesterday I am encountering two issues:

1. Commissions have been erased and from the dashboard I cannot see how much I have to pay to the Vendors
2. Order email to Vendors are created with 0€ amount

Could you please amend this?

>> Sorry to hear that but it seems like in your end you have not filled commission amount or may be it has not been saved.Please go there and check it and place an order to be sure.
For configuring commission you need to go to MultiVendorX→Settings→Commission ,from there you need to fill details about Commissio : https://prnt.sc/dSJT7SLXjvWu

Hi,

until the last order I posted, everything was working correctly and I haven’t changed anything, the only thing changed is the update of your app…

I have just checked commission tab and they were all unset, I have set up the correct percentage, let’s see in the next order.

What about the email with 0€ values?

Gimmy88, both are related to the commission. So just resave the commission data, and check another order.

Having a same issue I have marked some of my orders as refunded in my wp-admin / woocommerce / orders and then tried to mark the commission of those orders as revered wp-admin / woocommerce / commissions but the status of those commissions does not change. It still say paid instead of reversed. I have tried a couple of times and refreshed the site too. Is there a time delay as to when this takes action or am I doing something wrong? https://www.tellculvers.onl/
