      Custom button code showing in related product positions – turning off the custom button settings removes the code.

      Separately the add to cart/enquiry button is not displaying under the product title as per the settings.

      Hi Samuel, our replies are inline :

      – Custom button code showing in related product positions – turning off the custom button settings removes the code.
      >> It seems like you might be using some custom code. However, to assit you on this we need a video of this issue.

      – Separately the add to cart/enquiry button is not displaying under the product title as per the settings.

      >> Can you please share temporary admin access so we can check.

      Hi,

      The client is happy for you to access the live site but has not provided FTP access – are you able to assess without this?

      I have already provided login details for the live site.

      Samuel, as this is a conflict issue, hence we need FTP access.

      That is why we needed a staging site. Can you please arrange that.

      Can you please share that page link with us, so we can check?

      Also, it will be helpful if you can share a staging site that is better for us to proceed with the debugging.
