WC Catalog Enquiry works and fails once i uninstall and i reinstall it it will start working again that is on phone the contact form those not work please i need some help is the first time i am having this issue

Thanks for the respond.
As you can see once customer field the form and click on send it will just stay like that and i will not receive any message making my bounce rate higher and i am losing money on campaign for nothing

But your server is not able to sent this. So, ask them to look into this.
