I have updated to the new version and selected the same email fields as were previously setup on the old version and product details are sent through but from the form i just get the customers name and email and no other fields??
The fields show in the enquiry form, they are just not passed through to the email?
Andy, We will add the fix in our next update by next week.
We have also added a fix in our GitHub.
So, after downloading the plugin from here – https://github.com/multivendorx/product-catalog-enquiry/archive/refs/heads/main.zip, follow these steps :
– Delete the installed product-catalog-enquiry via wp-admin >> plugin
– Unzip the GitHub plugin
– Rename the folder as “product-catalog-enquiry” and remove the master tag. Now, zip this folder again.
– Install this plugin on your site.
