      Hello
      We have a problem with Stripe.
      Payment by stripe bank card is going well at the time of the order, but there is a problem in “My account”.
      The fields for saving a credit card are not displayed.
      Could you provide the procedure to solve the problem?

      Hi @aslam.chahba, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

      It might be related to some plugin/theme conflict. Can you please create a staging site and share the temporary admin, FTP access so we can check.
      While sharing the access don’t forget to mark the response as private.

      All plugins are disabled except WC MARKETPLACE, and it still doesn’t work.

      Can you please check again? There is some Broken CSS. Your theme author can resolve this issue. If they need any help, please do let us know.

      Aslam, as you are adding the access from Add Payment tab, hence there is a save card option.
      Becasue this section is for the user to save the cards.

      Thank you, the form fields appear, but it does not work.
      If you try to write a card (test with several credit cards), you will get an error message (see photo).

      Thanks for coming back.

      I don’t understand the problem…

      Your Stripe module allows you to save the bank card in the demo.
      Why is it not working on our site? Subscriptions not working with WC Marketplace?

      We just want visitors to be able to save their credit card to their account, which is included with Woocommerce and Woocommerce Subscriptions.

      Aslam, WooCommerce already added this option for their payment mode.
      That is why we need to consult with them on how can we complete the saving option for our payment mode too. We are in process of communicating with them.

      @aslam.chahba, I understand your end, but our current priority is to release the Beta of MultivendorX (i.e. WCMp 4.0) and the corresponding MVX Pro setup.
      WCMp 4.0 till now the biggest update we would release. If you check our demo, you can see we have totally changed WCMp (will be known as MultivendorX) in terms of settings and flow.

      That is why it is taking huge amount of time than expected. Once that is done, we can release the Beta version, and then only we can work on this enhancement request.
