We have several admins on our WordPress with one being the website designer whose email address is not associated with the company but this is the email that shows as the from email on the email enquiry confirmation email. Is there a way to change this?

@Janna Brodie, it seems like you haven’t changed the default email address if your site.

Just goto WooCOmmerce >> Settings >> Email and check the From address: https://prnt.sc/plrwfovWY_j5
