install the plugin but it doesn’t work, I can’t see where the membership can be configured, it doesn’t appear in the wordpress menu either, please help me

Natan, not to worry.

As we have switched our plan to woocoomerce, so you can use any woocomerce supported gateway, hence the membership plans can be added via woocomemrce product tab.
