Hi, please you say this:
Currently when you create a MANGOPAY account of a vendor then we will create it as a natural user. Because this is the default user of MANGOPAY. Because vendors are a different role and controlled by the admin that’s why to reduce complicacy we make it as natural.
But problem is Mangopay do a difference between “natural user” which is for individual.
For company / organization, soletrader, the profil should be “legal user”
But when we had a vendor, it’s automatically added as “natural user”. Vendors are companies, so they should be “legal user”.
Mangopay ask different document to validate “natural user” and “legal user”I just made a test order (in sandbox mode), and I also noticed that WCMp Mangopay automatically creates users as “natural users”.
Thes “natural users” were created and automatically added to the Mangopay API.But as I say, Mangopay requires the creation of a “legal user” in France for a business.
So I would like to create my own “legal users” from the Mangopay API from Users menu.But is this the right way to go? How do I link the user I just created with the WCMp vendor?
Because now I have the duplicate user in my Mangopay API user list:
1) John Mike “legal user” (business) the user I just created
2) John Mike “normal user” created by WCMp Mangopay.I have to know if it is not silly for me to create users manually from Mangopay API.

1) Do you think it is possible that I could have made a problem with Mangopay, because I used and modified several vendor test accounts? Do you have an explanation why the credited user is not the vendor in Mangopay? (wrong ID)
>> Please note, MANGOPAY user ID and your site’s Vendor ID are not dependent. Hence they will not match.
2) You say “Once the vendor will complete all the steps (including KYC), they will be added a natural user in your MANGOPAY account.” => So I would like to test Mangopay’s “production” mode! The problem is if I activate production mode (with the new API key), when the vendor goes to the page: Store => Payments, there is a fatal error:

If I put the settings back in sandbox mode, then no fatal error.
>> This error is coming from Mangopay. This generally happens if you have provided wrong mangopay access. The error is not due to payment issue.
Can you please check the access.3) Currently (with the vendor account), the ID card has just been sent. Is it normal that me (administrator) I don’t see a new task to do in the page (admin.php?page=wcmp-to-do)? Am I not notified?
Currently, this is not supported. However, if you want, we can send an email to vendor. We will add this in our next update.
