Hi!

When using the Live Chat plugin via Facebook Messenger – it doesn’t work. There’s a “CHAT” button on the vendor’s shop page but it doesn’t work. Also, there’s no Chat Settings page in the vendor’s dashboard. The only “setting” available is the “Store Settings”->”Storefront”->”Enable Live Chat”. I entered the Facebook Page ID here already as per instructions from your documentation page.

@Enzo Pellecchia, it was a site-specific issue, in order to add the fix in our end, we needed site access.
I am afraid, Aurora didn’t share the access.

Can you create a staging site and share the admin, ftp access, please.
While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.

I want insert the chat button into the vendor page by elementator, but the button widget not work and not see any shortcode to use.

Enzo, we are yet to add support of the Facebook button into elmentor. We will add this in our next update.

However, if you want we can add the fix in your site. Kindly create staging site access and share the admin, ftp access.
