ParticipantHi, thanks for the update – a really useful feature.
1. When a customer uploads an image when making a return, the phrase at the bottom cannot be translated: “Upload an image of the product” (it is missing from the translation file)
2. In the return request email (for the vendor and administrator):
the phrase “Uploaded Product Image” and “Details return” is also missing from the translation file.3. How many images can a customer upload? I only got 1 image?
4. Should these images be displayed somewhere in the vendor’s personal account (in the vendor dashboard) or in the client’s personal account (on the order page in the personal account?)
I have a view, will the image history be stored somewhere?5. Now:
If a customer has requested a return – the store administrator only receives a notification by email.
on the all orders page (woocommerce – orders), the suborder that received a refund request is still displayed (completed). Although a refund has been requested for this suborder. (See photo)Suggestion: is it possible to somehow add an icon to this suborder or mark it somehow so that it is noticeable that a refund has been requested for this suborder?
Or maybe make a custom status – refund requested?

As these features aren’t available by default, we’ve shared all your observations with our development team. They’re currently reviewing the suggestions and will be working on a solution. We’re hopeful that the enhancements will be implemented in the next 1–2 updates.

Thankyou for your patience.We’ve implemented the fix for the refund flow enhancement. This enhancement will also be included in our upcoming update.
For now kindly download the plugin from here – https://github.com/imroxygen/mvx/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
Follow these steps :
– Delete the installed MultiVendorX via wp-admin >> plugin
– Unzip the GitHub plugin
– Rename the folder as “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” and Now, zip this folder again.
– Install this plugin on your site.
