      I was trying to handle this over email but I stopped getting replies.

      I installed and set this up correctly but it only works for one vendor. There are errors in the debug log.

      Hi, Can you share test customer access with us because the chat button will only visible for logged in user. Once we get the test customer access then we can debug at your end.

      Kindly provide a admin access (staging site) as we need to do a testing at your end to check the issue and also kindly confirm the site shared by you is a staging site or a live site.
