Good day
I purchased the updated the new WooCommerce Request a Quote and Product Catalog after using the old Catalog Enquiry extension but on the backend of my site it’s still telling me to upgrade. See my screenshot.
The enquiry form is not showing on my site. I downloaded the extension twice from my MultiVendor account and uploaded it but nothing has changed. On my Plugins page it’s still called Product Catalog Enquiry Pro. If this is the wrong extension, where can I find the one I purchased?
Please advise urgently as I need the enquiry form on the site ASAP.

Do not worry @Kasper Kristoffersen
You are using the correct plugin. But as you are facing issue with form, do share a temporary admin, ftp access so we can check.
While sharing the access don’t forget to mark te response as private.
Regarding the upgrade to pro the banner , we will fix this in our next update. -

Hi, it seems like plugin/theme conflict issue.
So please do create a staging site and share the temporary admin, FTP access so we can check.

Hi
Is there any other way to assess why the plugin is not working? Putting it on a staging site won’t work because there are plugins that are licensed to this domain only and so won’t display the site on a staging domain.
I have tried to disable all plugins to then enable 1 by 1 to see if and where the conflict is but the site returns a critical error when plugins are disabled.
Hoping you have another solution to fix the catalog form display…
It used to work properly up until I had to upgrade to the new version of the plugin on Thursday last week. -

Hi again
I have managed to get the button to display and the enquiry form to pop-up however this only happens if the setting: “Product Enquiry Button When Product is Out Of Stock” is disabled. As we also display out of stock items on the site, is there a way to have to button and pop-up display for both in AND out of stock items?

Me again
I see that the button and display IS displaying for both in and out of stock items so all is working correctly on the site.
Thank you for your support. -
