      Hi
      I have been trying to set this plugin up but can’t make it work
      I have checked spam
      I have checked the Alert Subscriber email is enabled

      but I still dont get any emails when restock

      To debug the issue we need the site access, so we can check the settings. Kindly share a temporary your admin, FTP access.
      Please note donot forget to mark the response as private while sharing the access.

      @touchvapes, I have created a test product. As you can see here, we received both Subscription mail and In stock mail notifications : https://www.loom.com/share/2e50b3ecd4e44ec9be55763b4020afc0

      So it seems like there is some spam issue on your end. Kindly contact your email server.

      Hi

      Can you please do the same with a variable product ?
      I have tested again I do get the first email saying im suscribed, but when I add stock I dont get the second email
      im using gmail for this, if its an spam issue I would not get the first email as well right ?
      maybe the issue is in the variable product ?

      also how can i try it in the same test product you made ? when I open the product I dont see the suscribe button

      ok I can see, I dont understand why when I suscribe to that product I get the first email, then when I add more inventory I dont get the second email
      any clues ?

      Hi,
      As this is working fine on our end it seems like email server issue.
      Kindly contact your email server regarding this.

      you mean my outgoing server wich is gmail ?

      Yes you can check your spam folder and also need to reach out to your outgoing email server i.e, gmail.
