Problems with enquiry form not showing after upgrade to v5.00

      Hi
      I have just upgraded the free plugin to the latest v5.00 and checked all the settings are the same as the old version but i have lost the enquiry form and only get the add to cart button that when clicked just reloads the same page?

      I know its an issue with the new version as if i roll back to an old version it works fine? It seems like it does not pick up the old settings and even when set the same i get the issue?

      Am i missing something? is anyone else having this issue?

      I just thought i would add to thi ticket after a bit of testing!

      I now have it working!!
      I had all the settings correct and tested turning off plugins etc.. but that did not work.

      But what i have found is the site used WP Rocket and it looks like the new version with its auto update of the settings was causing an issue with not refreshing the setting until i did a full cache flush and this seems to need doing after every minor change, so im not sure if its the way the new plugin does the auto save or a WP Rocket one as i never remeber the issue with the old version that had the manual save button.

      I don’t have a caching plugin, and my settings page won’t load? I deactivated and reactivated. Is there anything else I can try?

      @diannevolek, so sorry to hear that.
      Please do create a staging site ASAP and share the temporary admin, ftp access so we can check.
      While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.
