      HI Team,

      We have upgraded WCMP from version 3.6 to 3.8, but we are facing loading product in vendor page. its not loading. please suggest us to get it fixed.

      Hi @support-4528, as you know from WCMp 3.7 we have changed the look of Vendor list page.

      However, if you want to use the older look of the vendor list page, then add this code in your currently active theme functions.php file

      add_filter('wcmp_load_default_vendor_list', '__return_true');

      This should fix the issue in your site.

      Hi @support-4528, it seems like a theme issue. But to be sure, can you please switch the theme to the default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.

      Please do keep us posted so we can assist you accordingly.

      Hi Moumita,

      I dont think its an theme issue as this is working on WCMP 3.6 version with the same theme. we are facing issue only after upgrading to 3.8.

      @support-4528, please do create a staging site and share the temporary admin, FTP access so we can check.

      Hi the issue is not releated to your theme.

      As you can see, even after deactivating WCMp, there is still image load issue : https://watch.screencastify.com/v/Df5AbOmwiUKbRz2E2mgb

      If you check the console you will see error like : Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

      p.s. Our office is closed due to holidays (1st to 5th Oct). Hence, the response might get delayed

      Hi Moumita,

      This issue which you highlighted in video is not the exact issue, as this is just staging environment we have not loaded with all product pictures.

      Exact issue is in vendor page where the product is not loading (Not only picture not loading product at all).

      Hi, this is not WCMP releated issue. If you check the console of the browser you can see 404 error https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/33128627
      It means the images that were loaded, the server can’t find that.
      Also, your server is not allowing to upload images too : https://prnt.sc/br1QtsZzvDMV

      Please share this error log to server, they can only find out why these images are showing 404 error :

      Can you please contact Rigid theme support and ask them why are you facing this issue. If the rigid theme author needs any help from us, let us know.
