      As per the title registering for a subscription doesn’t assign the membership to the vendor. I’ve been trying a number of things and following the documentation. But it’s just not working as it should – the order has been placed ok and goes to completed (Stripe in test mode) the vendor comes through to the Work board Pending Vendor however it says as though no plan selected. I’ve also tried ‘Applying for a membership’ through the vendor dashboard, for an approved vendor and that also doesn’t then assign the membership that has been paid for.

      Can I also confirm is a £1 sign up fee needed for the recurring plan to ensure payment details are capture? I saw this in the forum when troubleshooting for answers, no mention in the documentation. What happens if their isn’t the sign up fee, will someone need to add their payment details after the trial or does it just fail?

      @Cyan Marketing, we’re sorry to hear that you’ve encountered an issue. We have released a new version of MultiVendorX Pro. Could you please update the plugin and check the membership registration flow on your end? Let us know if you still experience any issues.

      Regarding the recurring membership plan with a trial period, it is necessary to include a signup fee of $1 or more. This fee is required to collect payment details from registering vendors and to ensure recurring charges can be processed after the trial period ends.

      Hi Sangita,

      That does appear to be working from the Vendor dashboard and as a new order now. It seems like it was addressed in the plugin update?

      Glad to hear that your issue is fixed now. We have added some modifications in the stripe marketplace module in our latest update. So everything should work accordingly now.
