Hello,

I have created a vendor registration page: https://myregalrobe.com/vendor-registration/
The issue is that I have added 3 fields where the vendor will have to add image attachments. Those fields are not being shown in the form.

Kindly help with this issue.

I’ve got a response from the team. But want to know that does the issue persist on your end? Also, I have MultivendorX for the vendor registration form and WPForms for other forms on the website.
One of the solutions I got was:
“Check for conflicting plugins: If you are using a form plugin, make sure that there are no conflicting plugins installed that may be affecting the display of the form.”

So do I need to deactivate WPForms? Or is it possible to create the vendor registration form using WPForms and get all the data in MVX database?

We will add the fix in our next update by next week.

We have also added a fix in our GitHub.
So, after downloading the plugin from here – https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/archive/refs/heads/main.zip, follow these steps :
– Delete the installed MultiVendorX via wp-admin >> plugin
– Unzip the GitHub plugin
– Rename the folder as “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” and remove the master tag. Now, zip this folder again.
– Install this plugin on your site.
