The product page shows two prices like in the attachment and it is fine when I deactivate the plugin. The plugin is set to show the enquiry button on a certain category and on those there is no price like we set it up (screenshot attached) but on the excluded categories it shows two prices (screenshot attached). I am using the free version of the plugin

Hi, thanks for getting in touch with us.
Sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.
It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC Catalog enquiry.
If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Twenty and check again.
