1. How can I prevent a vendor from editing a product name?

If I can put down a 301 redirect from the admin panel and the Yoast plugin solves this – it offers me to do a redirect when editing a product link – then this function does not work in the vendor’s dashboard.

I need the vendor to be able to change the price, meta values, attributes, everything related to the description and information about the product. But in no case do not change the title and do not change the url of the previous product.

2. How to prevent a vendor from deleting products?
I need them not to delete the goods, but to put 0 in stock on it. Thus, the product cannot be bought, but the traffic to it is still preserved. And only after a few months I can remove it from the site, having previously made a redirect to another product.
