Plugin CatalogX – Product Catalog Mode For WooCommerce

The submission form is not working. Request button is not active WordPress and Woocommerce latest versions.

Disabled plugins, changed themes. Or does the form only work in the paid version?

Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end.
Kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site ( where the issue is replicated) and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can debug the issue there and assist you accordingly to fix that.
