      Hello,

      The dashboard/advanced-report/ page loads indefinitely and doesn’t display, I can’t understand why. There is no error in the apache2 logs, here is a screenshot after the timeout: https://prnt.sc/1qei5x1

      Hi, we didn’t face any such issue on our end.

      It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.
      If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.

      To put it in context I had installed the plugin directly on my production site and I had this problem.
      I just tested on my development site, with the same theme and the same plugins activated, I don’t have this problem so it doesn’t come from there. The only difference is that on my production site, there are thousands of orders, tens of thousands of downloads and maybe the SQL queries are too heavy or not optimized.

      Is there a way to debug your plugin to know what is taking time to load the page?
      Have you tested with a large database?

      I take advantage of this post to anticipate a future question, how to hide the “Stock” and “Tax” tabs of the Advanced Report?

      Maxence, this is a very unlikely issue related.

      First please make sure you have enabled both Debug Mode and Debug Display on.
      let us know what error did you get.

      Also, please do clear the error log of your site and then recheck the report page. After that check the error log again.
      And ask your server admin to increase page load and max limit size

      Hi,

      It seems like server related issue. Kindly ask your server administrator regarding the configuration needed to fetch good amount of data.
      Please explain them that one page required to load huge data.

      I’m the admin server, can you be more specific about which limit is the problem?
      In any case with the Woocommerce charts there is no problem, maybe you try to load all the data at once when it should be done page by page or by period

      Hi,

      A 524 error message seems Cloudfare related so I assume you are running Cloudfare?

      When I google on it it has something to do with the timeout settings configured in Cloudfare:

      Apparently, the timeout you configured is too strict. Could you set it to a higher number?

      Hello,

      Yes, I use cloudfare with its default configuration, i.e. 100 seconds of timeout.
      This means that the page takes more than 100 seconds to load which is absolutely not normal, it should take between 2 and 5 seconds for the longest but not so much.

      It’s working on my side with the credentials I sent, I can edit/delete everything in /var/www/developpement/.

      Oh okay that’s files I uploaded myself which are not owned by www data.
      I updated the owner and tested with the same file as you, it’s now working 🙂

      It seems that there was an incident on the machine when you tried.
      Currently the dashboard works fine for me, only the advanced-report page does not load.
      Can you please test again?

      Hi,
      We have modified the code on your site to some extend. Now it’s working. But your server has some issues. It gives 520 errors multiple times. You can use this current dev site advance report plugin in the live site for final tesing. Just check the report page and let us know.

      Error 250 appears when the loading time is really too long, i.e. 100 seconds which is not normal for loading data. I did not get this error during my tests.

      I tested with your modifications, the page opens well unlike before, thank you 🙂
      However some issues:

      – In “Sales by product” -> “By product”, I can’t find my products in the list, it still says “Keep typing..” : https://prnt.sc/1v5c5xb

      – I have the impression that “Customer download” does not work, no data appears and yet there are well. Moreover, why do I have to choose the product and the file? Only one choice would be enough

      We can’t recreate this 2nd issue on our end. We don’t face any such issues. Please check your debug log. This might occurs due to corrupt data.

      Do you have the problem on my site or is it only on my PC?
      I don’t really see how to debug this, I don’t think there is any corrupted data since it is displayed well in Woocommerce.

      I also point out that the download permissions are granted on the parent order and not on the suborders, maybe that can explain that no result is visible for the seller?

      Yes this can happen..very big chance.. absolutely right.. we have also tried to check your debug log by removeing previous..but we are not able to edit your debug.log file…So please check your suborder permission..this might solve the issue.thanks

      You have READ access to the debug.log normally. I checked the file there is no error related to WCMP.

      Regarding the upload permissions Woocommerce grants them on the parent order and there are no upload permissions on the suborders, which is not a problem.
      Is it possible to make WCMP look for downloads that have been done on the parent orders instead of the suborders?

      @MaxenceTP, basically woocommerce gets the download data per main order, and we don’t attach downloaded per suborder (to avoid double downloading). Hence we couldn’t load download data per sub order. That is why we are trying to find out a solution, which will not disturb the double downloading factor and provide data too.

      @MaxenceTP, I understand your end, but our current priority is to release the Beta of MVX and the corresponding MVX Pro setup.

      Currently, the team is working on a migration from WCMp to MVX. Once that is done, we can release the Beta version, and then only we can work on this thread.
