      I have a Stripe USA account. I have a connected Indian Stripe account. While testing a $1 transaction I was receiving this error(screenshot attached) – Error creating charge record with Stripe: It appears that you are creating a direct Charge on a IN-based connected account using a single-use card token owned by your US-based platform account. As part of our continued investment in India and to meet local data storage requirements, this is no longer allowed, so we had to reject your request. As a possible workaround, try authenticating as the connected account when creating the single-use card token. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at https://support.stripe.com/contact.

      I have discussed this problem with Stripe, here is there response(screen shot attached) – So as for the error you received, you need to authenticate as the connected account when creating the single-use card token. To do this, you need to add the Stripe account header in your API call.

      Kindly help me to resolve this issue. Look forward to your earliest, apt and well articulated response.

      They have already stated that you would need to add the stripe account header. They have also indicated the page wherein you can find the apt code to be added to the API call – You can refer on this page for more information and instruction: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/authentication. Let me know if you are still unable to find the bug/missing option in your code.

      Further response from Stripe chat support on this when I put across your query to them –

      Upon checking the error it shows that they are creating a direct charge where the source or the token of the customer is saved through the platform’s account and not to the standard connect account.
      Since they are using source api then they have to create a source rather than token for their customer: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/cloning-customers-across-accounts#creating-tokens

      We have already released MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro.

      the team has looked into your issue. We checked the API doc thoroughly. We have added support for all types of authentication, as shared by stripe “you need to add the Stripe account header in your API call”

      Now as you are facing this issue, so we need a stripe access from your one of US account and one Indian account. While sharing the access don’t forget to mark the response as private.

      Sahil, our team did a thorough check.

      We have added full support for the current API and added all the authentication rules. So we are not sure there is anything else.

      You can share our plugin’s code with them and ask them exactly what type of changes are they looking for.
      Also, it would be better if they can exactly share the API code that resolves this issue.

      In my first message, I have shared Stripe team’s interaction on this issue. They have already shared what needs to be added in the header, along with the documented code page. Please let me know what else do you seek?

      Can you please interact with stripe team from your end as this seems to be a plugin related bug and Stripe’s tech team shouldn’t be ideally the one pointing our flaws in 3rd party applications. Let me know if you are willing to do this and follow this path.

      Can you try reaching out to their chat support – they respond in real time for any query you may have. Also as a buyer of your services my job is to help you find a bug. I am finding it pretty strange that you are also expecting me to help you find a solution for your product. You happen to be the only stake holder while earning out of the script so ideally you should actually value any customer who is trying to help you even though your product is non functional at places since the day of purchase near 10th October, 2022.

      Hello Sahil .As per new service agreement Stripe is not allowing full service agreement for transactioning money from USA to India. To send money you will need Stripe Custom Account.We are still communicating with Stripe to enhance the recipient service agreements on custom accounts for USA-to-India transactions.Standard account not possible to transfer money from US to India. So as per rules immediate money transfer will not be possible further.we will enhance recipient service agreement on custom account on stripe.It takes time it will transfer money after 24 hours.       Kindly note this applies for money transfers from USA to India. As per our conversation with Stripe chat support, connecting Stripe accounts outside of USA to USA stripe accounts is not related to this. However, there are adjustments to be made as pointed out in their earlier responses and shared with you in your application code headers to ensure Stripe connect works well for connected accounts outside of USA.

      Please note we have legal experts on the topic that we have already referred to and your response is not in sync with the laid RBI policies. Kindly make requisite amendments to your code at the earliest to ensure the application works well for all connected accounts both within and outside of USA.

      Sahil, please follow this flow :
      – unzip the file
      – Goto the folder , inside that folder you will see a folder name “mvx-pro-master”
      – Rename the folder as “mvx-pro” and create a zip file
      – Now upload this zip file.

      I was able to successfully install and activate MVX core. However, I am unable to upgrade to MVX pro(to distribute Stripe commission between connected and admin accounts in real time) – please refer to the attached screenshot. Kindly share the activation key and relevant details for the same or suggest in case anything additional/else is required to get Stripe real time commission distribution functional.

      Also, do I need to retain old version of WCMP to keep the new version MVX functional or can I deactivate it?

      Sahil,As you already know, MultiVendorX Pro (https://multivendorx.com/pricing/), contains all the paid addon’s feature init.

      So, in order to migrate to MultiVendorX pro, you may opt for any three options :

      Option A

      We will share MultivendorX with the module you need. i.e. if you had only Frontend Manager, then you can only use Frontend Manageraddon’s feature in the MuliVendorX Pro.
      But you can’t update the plugin after this, as this is a one-time solution only.
      For permanent results, we would request you to purchase MultiVendorX Pro from here https://multivendorx.com/pricing/ and opt for option B or Option C

      Option B

      We will give you a coupon discount based on the month left of your subscription, and you can use MultiVendorX Pro

      You responded – ‘Now that you have upgraded to MultiVendorX, you can use the previous zip file. You can use this one-time solution. Please install this and use the custom account to connect to the vendor. It should work.’

      Which have just installed your zip file(the one you shared for MVX) but can’t access/configure settings as we receive this error message : ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page’. We have not upgraded to MVX pro either as it cannot be done without the API key. Also which is this previous zip file which you refer to in the statement above?

      We dont completely understand what you are trying to convey here. You have shared 1 zip which contains MVX pro files, which can’t be used without the API key input which you haven’t shared. Also the zip file throws the error message as highlighted in the above paragraph upon trying to access the settings options for this zip plugin. We had purchased WCMP stripe plugin along with your free WCMP old version which is not fully functional across countries. What do you want us to do next from here – please guide us further so that we can use the Stripe plugin for both USA based and Indian connected accounts with our USA stripe account to disperse real time commissions? We are not willing to purchase any further as of now till our initial purchase becomes workable.

      Please be more clear with your instructions/next steps and what you want us to do to make the Stripe plugin fully functional with our website.

      3. Please refer to the attached screenshot. We have installed & activated Razorpay split plugin, but it is not getting switched on from the MVX module section.

      4. Can you throw some more light since you mention all you did was install the MVX pro verion – where does this leave us in terms of usage of modules? Which modules does it give access to us and which module we can’t access?

      Kindly refer to the additional 2 screenshots I have attached herein. In the vendor dashboard, upon selecting Stripe connect in the billing section why does it still show enter Paypal Email? Also, if Razorpay real time payment is not active, why is it asking vendor to enter Razorpay Account id?

      Sahil, It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX and check again.
      If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.

      @NerdySupportExpert Moumita – Its a JS issue/coding issue and not a theme issue. As per your request –

      1. We have switched to twenty sixteen theme – It didn’t resolve the Stripe issue
      2. We have deactivated all plugins – It didn’t resolve the Stripe issue
      3. Also do respond to our inquiry on Razorpay which was also asked yesterday but went unattended from your end. Here is the query again for you – Kindly refer to the attached screenshot – showing installed Razorpay payment split plugin. Yet we are unable to use it in the MVX panel module section(not getting activated from the module section). Kindly suggest how can this be resolved.

      All screenshots are attached. Kindly all these bugs quickly as we had purchased to use the plugin and not to work as a QA to help you with debugging. Hope your team will respect our long wait, put in more effort and provide a valuable service rather than a buggy product.

      The product needs to be functional in the live environment at customer’s end and not in test/dummy environment at your end. You are selling it in the market to customers who need it functional. Merely making it work in test environment won’t be suffice, else why are you charging us for.

      Please feel free to debug it. Enable/disable theme or plugins, let us when it works and how you made it to work. Look forward to your positive response asap on all the 3 queries shared in our response earlier today.

      To open a Stripe account in a country different than your primary business country, you will first need to make sure that Stripe supports processing payments in that country. You can see which countries Stripe currently supports here: https://stripe.com/global

      Post checking the issue still persists. You have simply changed the wordpress theme from twenty six to twenty twenty which is different from what you had suggested earlier. Also the vendor dashboard still carries the error – you have simply integrated Stripe connect registration option instead of Stripe connect login option which was earlier present. It would have been great you were able to resolve the bugs in your plugin but at the moment its simply not feasible to use it because of all these bugs. Would not like to waste any more time.

      ARE YOU REFUNDING THE MONEY YOURSELF OR SHALL WE INITIATE A CHARGEBACK?
