When Users try to register either as customers or vendor, there is an error that says, “error: pending”. And once I login at the backend, it is not easy to approve the users. Please help

Hi @Dennis Lupenga, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

This issue is not coming from our plugin MultiVendorX. Some other plugins might be causing this issue.

Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX and check again.
If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.
