sorry , english is not my mother tongue, but i think i can explain my issue.
i have a vendor with 2 products, people can come to see one of the product, when they go to vendor and click on the name of the vendor to see all products of this vendor, it gives me a page without nothing on it .
can you help me to fix this?

After hearing from you we checked this on our end, didn’t find any such issue as you can see here :

There might be some plugin/theme , , which is causing this display issue. Just to be sure, please disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace for testing purposes and check again. If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme like Twenty Sixteen and check again.

hello team, first of all thanks for your answer so quickly, i was on holidays, i come back now.
i have done step by step about what you ask me to do, and there are the result .

With all plugin in page vendor product list, i have this picture : errorvendorwithallplugin.jpg

When i disable all of plugin except Woocommerce and WC Marketplace i have this picture : errorvendorwithoutplugin.jpg
so we have the name vendor in this page.

When i switch some default theme i have this picture :errorvendorwithothertheme.jpg

Thanks for sharing the picture , as you can see this is working fine with the default theme .
In that case Please do create a staging site and share a temporary admin, ftp access to that site. Our team will check this on your end.
While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.
