Hi @Moumita,

You closed the ticket wc-marketplace.com/support-forum/topic/shipping-problem-on-checkout-page-with-wcmp-3-7-3-and-3-7-4/ (maybe it’s better because of old topic title) but we still have shipping cost issue on the live site.

Shipping cost is set to 1000, but the wcmp – reports – sales distribution table shows 0.

I will add admin access in the next private post.

@Moumita I sent (in the private post) the vendor name and the product link for test, you can order it and check shipping cost in wcmp report. Many of our vendors didn’t set shipping cost because the issue in the report (we still calculate shipping in excel).

You disabled theme and plugins on the live website and broke it! What do you thing about this?

Is it ok to share admin access for you for live website and you do whatever you want?!

@Moumita sent that admin access is only for checking and NOT to disable theme and plugins.
