    Hi Sangita
Im using a theme called Impreza which uses WP Bakery as the builder and im using it in a text field.

I think i used to use the shortcode on an older version of the plugin with no issues but had not tried it since the update to the latest version.

Also if i add the short code to the product template it just shows the text? do i need to adjust any settings?

    Hi Sangita
Thanks for getting back to me and for the info. I thought there must be a way but couldn’t find the info 🙂

Im having an issue with a conflict with your plugin and the FiboSearch – AJAX Search for WooCommerce plugin as when i have the option on your plugin set to Catalog Mode i lose the seach results page, but if i turn off Catalog Mode i get the search results but lose the enquire button on the site??

And i wanted to test a page template with the sort code to see i could then turn off Catalog Mode and still get the form button showing with the sort code.

Have you come across this before or have you any other thoughts?

    Thanks
    Andy

I just thought i would add to thi ticket after a bit of testing!

    I now have it working!!
I had all the settings correct and tested turning off plugins etc.. but that did not work.

But what i have found is the site used WP Rocket and it looks like the new version with its auto update of the settings was causing an issue with not refreshing the setting until i did a full cache flush and this seems to need doing after every minor change, so im not sure if its the way the new plugin does the auto save or a WP Rocket one as i never remeber the issue with the old version that had the manual save button.

    Please mark this as resolved.

    Thanks
    Andy
