    Post checking the issue still persists. You have simply changed the wordpress theme from twenty six to twenty twenty which is different from what you had suggested earlier. Also the vendor dashboard still carries the error – you have simply integrated Stripe connect registration option instead of Stripe connect login option which was earlier present. It would have been great you were able to resolve the bugs in your plugin but at the moment its simply not feasible to use it because of all these bugs. Would not like to waste any more time.

    ARE YOU REFUNDING THE MONEY YOURSELF OR SHALL WE INITIATE A CHARGEBACK?

    Hi

    The product needs to be functional in the live environment at customer’s end and not in test/dummy environment at your end. You are selling it in the market to customers who need it functional. Merely making it work in test environment won’t be suffice, else why are you charging us for.

    Please feel free to debug it. Enable/disable theme or plugins, let us when it works and how you made it to work. Look forward to your positive response asap on all the 3 queries shared in our response earlier today.

    Already disabled and tested. In case you can’t answer and resolve our queries which have been long pending, kindly refund or we will have to initiate a refund through our bank.

    @NerdySupportExpert Moumita – Its a JS issue/coding issue and not a theme issue. As per your request –

    1. We have switched to twenty sixteen theme – It didn’t resolve the Stripe issue
    2. We have deactivated all plugins – It didn’t resolve the Stripe issue
    3. Also do respond to our inquiry on Razorpay which was also asked yesterday but went unattended from your end. Here is the query again for you – Kindly refer to the attached screenshot – showing installed Razorpay payment split plugin. Yet we are unable to use it in the MVX panel module section(not getting activated from the module section). Kindly suggest how can this be resolved.

    All screenshots are attached. Kindly all these bugs quickly as we had purchased to use the plugin and not to work as a QA to help you with debugging. Hope your team will respect our long wait, put in more effort and provide a valuable service rather than a buggy product.

    Kindly refer to the additional 2 screenshots I have attached herein. In the vendor dashboard, upon selecting Stripe connect in the billing section why does it still show enter Paypal Email? Also, if Razorpay real time payment is not active, why is it asking vendor to enter Razorpay Account id?

    1. Thanks for the confirmation – so we can use the same key going further without any restriction, right? Also please share name of the zip folder you mention we need to download from the cPanel.

    2. Thanks for the confirmation on usage of custom account for usage of Stripe accounts from all countries. We will test it and update you in case we need any further help on this point.

    3. Please refer to the attached screenshot. We have installed & activated Razorpay split plugin, but it is not getting switched on from the MVX module section.

    4. Can you throw some more light since you mention all you did was install the MVX pro verion – where does this leave us in terms of usage of modules? Which modules does it give access to us and which module we can’t access?

    Alright, I shall get this checked. Kindly confirm the following –

    1. Is the real time stripe split module activated once and for all. How can we reinstall it going forward with the key in case ever remove it and then wish to re-install it – will we need your help on it again then?

    2. Does this stripe module support connected stripe accounts from all countries – i.e. connected stripe accounts from both India and USA(which was our initial question)?

    3. Have you disabled MVX Razor split? It was working yesterday with the MVX free version but is no longer operational(we have already installed razorsplit latest module which is activated in the plugin section)?

    4. Have you disabled any other module as well?

    Kindly refer to the attached screenshot. It seems real time Stripe split is still not happening as per the module showcase in the MVX admin panel. This is the plugin we had purchased – we need to split in real time Stripe payments. Let us know how to resolve this.

    You responded – ‘Now that you have upgraded to MultiVendorX, you can use the previous zip file. You can use this one-time solution. Please install this and use the custom account to connect to the vendor. It should work.’

    Which have just installed your zip file(the one you shared for MVX) but can’t access/configure settings as we receive this error message : ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page’. We have not upgraded to MVX pro either as it cannot be done without the API key. Also which is this previous zip file which you refer to in the statement above?

    We dont completely understand what you are trying to convey here. You have shared 1 zip which contains MVX pro files, which can’t be used without the API key input which you haven’t shared. Also the zip file throws the error message as highlighted in the above paragraph upon trying to access the settings options for this zip plugin. We had purchased WCMP stripe plugin along with your free WCMP old version which is not fully functional across countries. What do you want us to do next from here – please guide us further so that we can use the Stripe plugin for both USA based and Indian connected accounts with our USA stripe account to disperse real time commissions? We are not willing to purchase any further as of now till our initial purchase becomes workable.

    Please be more clear with your instructions/next steps and what you want us to do to make the Stripe plugin fully functional with our website.
