I wanted to let you know that I’ve been able to recreate the issue on your site. However, I’m currently unable to make any changes or switch to a default theme for further testing.
While it appears that access has been granted, the necessary permissions to view and manage your plugins and themes are missing. To investigate and resolve the issue properly, we kindly request:
– Permission to make changes to your plugins and themes
– FTP access to your site
Once we have these details, we’ll be able to look into the issue more thoroughly and assist you accordingly.
