InactiveIt looks like you have selected the vendor template for your website, but when you visit the vendor page, it is not displaying correctly. There could be several reasons why this is happening, such as:
Missing or incorrect CSS: Check if the CSS files required for the vendor template are correctly included in your page. Use your browser’s developer tools to inspect the page and see if any CSS files are missing or not loading properly.

Template customization: If you have customized the vendor template, it could be causing the display issues. Try reverting to the default vendor template to see if the issue is resolved.Compatibility issues: The vendor template might not be compatible with the version of YesWiki you are using. Check if there are any compatibility issues or if there is a newer version of the template available.
Cache issues: Clear your browser cache and reload the page to see if the issue is resolved.

KeymasterSorry to hear that you are facing this issue . We tried to recreate this issue on our end but we are not facing any such issue on our site . There might be some theme / plugin conflict . Kindly check by deactivating all the plugins except Woocommerce and MultiVendorX .
If you still face issues please let us know . -

ParticipantI was using the legacy WCMP vendor template in the past, and it appears that your new vendor template set up is not compatible with the Genesis framework or child themes. Huge issue…it’s a widely used and secure platform. I won’t be able to use MultivendorX because of this.
