Dear good afternoon, the logo of the suppliers does not appear, it is broken.

The plugin is updated in its latest version, where I noticed that this failure was resolved (Fix – Vendor logo issue #448), but in mine it still happens.

@Tandy R M Silva Our team has resolved the issue with profile image not appearing properly and we have checked this on our end and it is working perfectly fine https://prnt.sc/NvG1aPgOqvsc.
We have also checked the store logo and banner that are also displayed properly on the vendor store page https://prnt.sc/U_RYfznHD9Sg.
There might be some theme plugin conflict on your end. Just to be sure, deactivate all the plugins other than woocommerce and MultiVendorX on your end and check again. Also switch to some default theme such as Twenty twenty three.
If still the issue persists, please let us know.

Thanks for the answer, unfortunately the problem still occurs, I upload the image in the supplier panel, but the image does not appear in the store, the old suppliers appear, the new ones do not. This has happened since I upgraded to the PRO version of the Plugin. Here is a print attached of the failure.

Everything is fine on the supplier’s panel, on the supplier’s page it does not appear.

    • #194846

@Tandy R M Silva I have checked this on my end for a new vendor too and the set store logo https://prnt.sc/K7ytP9yQHqR3 is showing perfectly on the vendor store page https://prnt.sc/PDLq7ozqmZSe.
Now as you are facing this issue on your end, kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can check the issue on your end and help you accordingly.

Good afternoon, how are you? sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I still can’t fix the error, look at the attachment please, it seems that the URL of the image is not fixed in the SRC of the code, could it be that there is some conflict with other plugins? I’ve already removed some and tested them without success, the supplier’s logo does not appear on the store page, only on the panel.

    • #195661

@Tandy R M Silva As we have shared earlier, the store logo is showing perfectly fine on our end (https://prnt.sc/YwuYrpm9O4kO).
So it seems like there might be some theme/plugin conflict on your end. So just to be sure, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX on your end and check again. Also switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty three or Storefront.
If still the issue persists Kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can check the issue on your end and help you accordingly.

@Tandy R M Silva Thanks for sharing the access.
Can we deactivate plugins/themes on your end to check the issue. Also it will be great if you can share a vendor access too.

@Tandy R M Silva Thanks for sharing the access. We have checked the issue on your end. The issue you are facing is coming because of your theme. The vendor logo you are setting your theme does not have support for fetching the image and displaying that on the vendor store page. Kindly check this (https://prnt.sc/aoFecK0RmFj1).
Kindly get in touch with your theme and ask them to fix this after that if you need any help from our end please let us know.

So would it be a problem with the theme? I’m contacting the theme provider, thanks!

    • #196171

@Tandy R M Silva From the code in the console( https://prnt.sc/aoFecK0RmFj1) it is clear that your theme does not have support for fetching the vendor store logo and displaying that on the vendor store page.
So kindly get in touch with the theme team and ask them to modify the code accordingly.
