Hi Support, I am trying to debug other problems on a fresh install site, but regardless of what I’ve tried, I cannot get Stripe Marketplace to allow vendors to connect. The onboarding process works properly, but when it sends me back to the site, I just get a whitescreen with a “0” on it. The accounts show up and exist in Stripe after I go through the Stripe onboarding process by clicking the Connect button in the Billing area of the Vendor Dashboard, but the website does not recognize that and so when you go to Checkout, the Stripe payment method is not available. Can you please help? I have followed the documentation everywhere I can find it. I don’t have this issue on the live site, but I need to be able to run these tests on a test account. I need to be able to complete this step in order to move forward with the other issue that has been long outstanding. Here is a screenshot of the result.

Also to add notes for support before you ask…. I am on the latest version of everything. This is a fresh install with the default WP theme active and the only plugins active are MultivendorX, MultivendorX Pro, and WooCommerce. I have tried from multiple browsers, cleared cookies and cache, etc.

For testing and replication purposes, my configuration:
Stripe Connect + Stripe Marketplace modules enabled. Stripe Test Mode Enabled. Stripe Connect Account Type: Express. Stripe Charges: Separate Chargers and Transfers. Enable Stripe Marketplace enabled. Have tried with debug on and off. No membership.

Hi Support, I was finally able to figure out that the 0 was returned when the Stripe account was not verified yet and with test mode, there was no way to go back and verify it. However, after getting successfully connected, it still shows no payment method at checkout for all of the vendors products.

@Justin Harrison, We’ve investigated the process of connecting a vendor’s Stripe Connect account using the setup you described. But We were unable to reproduce the specific issue you mentioned.
However, we encountered a different problem with the redirection. You can view a demonstration of the flow on our end from here :https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/30049559?key=f54e0b5d8ad4bf74e6ced48f4b3ea046

Now to better assist you with the issue you’re experiencing on your end, we kindly request you to share the staging site URL, temporary admin and FTP access of your staging site where the issue is replicated so that we can check the same on your end and assist you accordingly to resolve that.

Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

Can you please check once if you have enabled block support for the checkout page on your end ? If the block support is enabled then kindly switch to the classic checkout and then check whether the payment option comes accordingly.

Also please keep us posted about your findings.

Hi Sangita, yes, disabling the block checkout and reverting to the classic checkout shortcode fixed the issue. For the purposes of this ticket, you can close this as resolved, but hopefully in the future, MultivendorX will be compatible with the block-based checkout page.

Great to hear that your issue got resolved.
Regarding the support for block, not to worry it is already in our roadmap and hopefully in our future updates we will surely add the block support accordingly.
