Both screens in MVX – The icons ‘dismiss’, ‘approve’ and ‘edit’ bear no resemblance to the action they represent.
Vendor Registration Form – The icons do not have tooltips when hovering over them.

It is very confusing what the icons represent when looking at them. They are completely inaccurate for the task, please change them to accurately represent what they are doing….Change to something like:
delete/dismiss – change to circle with x through it
edit – maybe a pencil icon
approve – a checkmark
duplicate – something other than a camera – change to a solid box and a box behind it maybeThese changes should be available for MVX and MVX pro

Regarding the icons, we’ve designed them based on global standards, and their actions are visible on hover to minimize user confusion. We appreciate your suggestion, and I’ll be forwarding it to our team. If we update the icons in the future, we’ll certainly keep your feedback in mind.
As for your query in this thread https://multivendorx.com/support-forum/topic/inconsistent-naming/#post-234748, the sub-menu is named “Work Board” because it allows the admin to manage various works related to the site. For example, under the “Task Board” section, the admin can approve or reject vendor requests, while the “Store Review” section is used to manage customer reviews. Each tab is designed to help the admin efficiently manage specific works (you can refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ZGho0IQbLPHu).

Hi – attached is screenshot – for each of the items in the vendor registration form, the icons at the bottom do not display what they do when you hover over them.
I would be interested in understanding what global standards you are referring to regarding the icon images? just for my information. Many thanks!

From your screenshot, it seems you’re referring to the “Registration Form” settings section. In this section, there are only three icons: duplicate, add, and delete. You can see them here: https://prnt.sc/2m7MALcQhhp8. These are standard icons, so there is no hover text displaying their names.
Also when we mentioned global standards, we were referring to the commonly used icons for actions like add, delete,reject etc. which are the ones we’ve implemented.Now could you please let us know where the icons you’re seeing on your end are coming from? We haven’t added any additional icons to the registration settings section.

Hi – thank you for your screenshot, that is very helpful. in the registration form those icons are not what I see. In my previous reply I included an attachment which shows what I’m seeing… cellphone antenna mast, filmstrip and camera.
For the work board, I’ve attached a screenshot – I see speaker, quotes, person icons to represent edit/approve/dismiss

Hi there, It appears that you’ve added some customizations on your end for the icons, possibly using the same names as ours, which is causing the incorrect icons to appear.
Please try removing any such customizations and then check if the issue is resolved.
