      Hi,
      I tested the vendor sign-up for recurring membership and it doesnt recognize the membership level after I approve them not does it add them to the ‘subscriber’ page. See attached image… they followed the normal journey of completing the vendor-sign up form, check-out, completed purchase (Sandbox), and then manually approved.
      Can you please check what the issue is?

      To clarify – this is for membership plan registrations.

      An additional question – in your terminology, what is the difference between ‘vendor membership’ and ‘subscription’? Thanks.

      It’s possible there’s a conflict on your site. To investigate, please try the following steps:

      Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, and MultiVendorX Pro.
      Switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront.
      Test the vendor membership flow again to see if the issue persists.
      Regarding your query about the difference between vendor memberships and vendor subscription plans, there isn’t any—they are essentially the same.
