      I’m experiencing an issue with the dashboard links. When I log in as a vendor and access the vendor dashboard, I can see the dashboard page and the menu options etc, but clicking on any of this tabs like ‘Add a Product’, ‘Add Inventory’ etc causes the page to refresh and stay in the dashboard homepage. Can you please help me?

      Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue. It looks like there might be a conflict with a theme or plugin on your side. To troubleshoot, please try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, and MultiVendorX Pro. Additionally, switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Five or Storefront and see if the issue persists.

      @Mustapha, This is quite unusual, as there should be no such issue with Elementor and Elementor Pro in the vendor dashboard.

      Could you please create a staging site that is an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site URL, temporary admin, and FTP access with us? This will allow us to investigate the issue and assist you further.

      @Mustapha, Thanks for confirming. We have already fixed the compatibility issue with the latest versions of Elementor and Elementor Pro in the latest version of MultiVendorX. Please update to the latest versions of our plugins and check if the issue persists on your end.

      Hi there, We logged into your site and created a test vendor. However, after logging into the vendor dashboard, we did not encounter any issues with the “Add Product” option.

      @Mustapha, Since the CPG option is enabled for product categories, clicking on the “Add Product” option first directs you to the category selection page. After choosing a category, you are then redirected to the Edit Product page as expected. During our testing, the redirections worked correctly.
