Hello – our site processes payments correctly when 3DS is disabled in Stripe Marketplace but when it is turned on we get checkout errors such as:
No such PaymentMethod: ‘pm_1SVDm7BSbnWItxNKxJAbTfVZ’; It’s possible this PaymentMethod exists on one of your connected accounts, in which case you should retry this request on that connected account. Learn more at https://stripe.com/docs/connect/authentication

There is no failed payment error in the Stripe logs.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue with 3D payment. Please allow us some time to look into this on our end, and we will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.

      Hello There,

      Thank you for your cooperation.

We have tested the order placement flow on our end with 3D payment enabled, and we were unable to reproduce the issue you are experiencing. You can check the test recording here:
      https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/46594153?key=25191853fdf045db52ed681e4efcc0b8.

Since the issue is occurring on your end, kindly review your Stripe Marketplace settings carefully and ensure that the vendor account is properly connected. After verifying this, please test the flow again.

If the issue still persists, please create a staging site (a replica of your live site) and share the staging site URL along with temporary admin and FTP access, so our team can investigate further and assist you in resolving the problem.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

Also, please don’t forget to mark your reply as private when sharing access details.
