I tried deleted the theme and reinstalled again. It’s still not working… I also tried for other default themes, it were the same as well. This is too weird. I’m tired of this 🙁

3) Next, if the “Display Product Seller” option is disabled, the “Sold by” text is disabled but the Heading Text is still showing in all themes.
