1. When I update a subscription price or trial period what happens to existing subscribers?
>>The trial period or subscription price update will not get reflected for the existing subscribers.
The subscription fee and free trial of the plan with which they have subscribed will work for them accordingly.
2. When I updated the plugin the existing users do not have the cancel subscription button?
>>We have checked this on our end. The vendors do have the cancel button on their dashboard (https://prnt.sc/2YAINcY8PllH) to cancel the subscription.
So some other conflict might be there. Please check whether there is any plugin/theme issue.
