Hi @haresh, To allow vendors to have custom order statuses, you’ll need to add custom code on your end. If you need assistance with the necessary hooks or filters, feel free to let us know—we’d be happy to help.
For order tracking, vendors can share tracking details from their order details page (https://prnt.sc/r7F3-sAvoBUf). They simply need to enter the tracking information, and the customer will receive an email with the details to track the order.
