ParticipantI am beyind mad that i wasted money on this plugin.
the fact you mark issues resolved without ever releaseing a fix is absurd.
just because i stopped complaining about doesnt make it resolved. your company sucks ass. you promised help and support pre purchase and sont offer it after purchase.
I will make sure to reddit this and let people know your company is not to be trusted with money and that youre not a production ready plugin

ParticipantIve been told your team is working it for months and that was just a lie. I want a full refund i was mislead by your agents to ourchase software that isnt read yet.
A yearly subscription and we are how long into it now and i have NEVER nmbeen able tonuse it because it doesnt work right…i had no ither chouce but to finish the project woth Dokan and spend MORE MONEY.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR ILL BE THE BIGGEST NIGHTMARE YOUR COMAPNY HAS EVER SEEN OR HEARD OF

Participanttheres no such thing as a refund team, in any company anywhere. thats a made up garbage term youre using to deflect responsibility the same way you have been doing since i purchased your software. I tried to give you a chance and you want to play games, so now the gloves are coming off and im going to play games too. Enjoy all the exposure youre about to get!

ParticipantOh you mean in the oage that says absolutely no refunds after 15 days? Yeah ive reacehd out numerous times. Obviously if they respin3d i wouldnt be here making a scene.
I already started a posting arounf the untwrnet about this, and by the end if today there will not be a single place you advertise where i wont make sure eveyone knows rhat nobidy in your company takes responsibility or makes an effort to provide real support. Hundreds of dollars wasted while you play games and dont do your jobs. Youre a joke.

Dokan Pro might cost more up front but rhats because ITS 100% FLAWLESS AND THE SUPPORT IS TOP NOTCH.
I soent MORE on multivendorx and all the addons from 3rd party plugin devs just to get HALF of the feaures Dokan has, ehile all the others dint wirk as advertised and MVX staff soend my sub money
I pro.ise MVX staff eill happily deloy any and all support or refunds just so they can take your money and steinf you along until your sub runs out.they di nit care if you sub again after a year because they scammed you for a few hundred dollars once and they will scam many more afrer you.

The enhancements you requested were acknowledged and shared with our development team—just as we do with all user feedback aimed at improving our platform. In fact, work on some of these enhancements is already underway, and we hope to roll them out in the near future.
Throughout this period, we’ve done our best to support you within the scope of our policies.
Additionally, we have checked with our refund team and, as of now, no refund request has been received from your end.

ParticipantI havent been using mvx at all for 6 months, on the contrary ive been begging you for 6 momths to fix the problems it has so i CAN use it bevause you somd me BROKEN software, and the respones for support you speak of are half ass and NEVER solve any issues at all.
there is no refund team, i have tokd yih 5 tiems i want a refund now and THAT IS MY NOTOCE TO MULTIVENDORX THAT I WANT MY MONEY BACK . Because of you and your lies about the current state of your plugin i was MONTHS BEHIND and had to purchase dokan pro instea, which by the way if anyone else reads this Dokan is FLAWLESS.
What you consider acceptable in India is a far cry from what peolle in cicilized societies consider acceptable

This enhancement is currently available on our GitHub and will be included in a future official update. In the meantime, you can download and install the updated plugin using the link below:https://github.com/AnkanLayek/MultiVendorX/archive/refs/heads/main.zip.
To install it:— Go to WP Admin > Plugins and delete the currently installed MultiVendorX plugin.
— Download and unzip the GitHub plugin.
— Rename the unzipped folder to dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor.
— Re-zip the renamed folder.
— Upload and install the zipped plugin via your WordPress dashboard.
Once installed, please test the shipping flow on your end and let us know how it goes.
