@losvincent, the ftp is not working on our end, can you please check.
Also, regarding the form design, we will add this in our future update.
For now you need to apply custom CSS.

@losvincent, it seems like this is theme settings issue. We just resaved the theme settings and now everything is working wellhttps://gdskavr9sw.vmaker.com/record/uub5fshyflpcWldi

If you do face the issue again, just enable/disable theme settings to check which one is causing this.
