Hello
Recurring e-mails to vendors at x days interval about any open/active/not completed orders would be a super, super useful feature.
Right now we have vendors with orders that have been open for several weeks. The vendors probably forgot about the orders and the customers are of course not so happy about it.
My current solution is to manually write to vendors about the open orders.It would be nice if you also could configure the interval in days for when the e-mails should be sent out.
Ideally the e-mail should list all open orders. If a vendor has no open orders, no e-mail should be sent to that vendor. -
