Hi, I am having an issue with the commissions part in mvx. Currently, the commission for admin is set at 12% but upon order submission the vendor gets an order summary email with 12% of the total price as their payment instead of the 88% of the order they should be getting (screenshot attached for vendor email). This same thing is showing on the vendor dashboard as well.

Additionally, I am having issues with the commissions page on admin side: I see the amount and net earnings as the same (screenshot).

I already tried disabling all plugins except multivendorx and woocommerce, and then placing the order but same issue occurs.

@mvx_user777, Thank you for reaching out to us. From your screenshot, we can see that you have set the “Revenue Sharing Mode” to vendor commission and the commission amount to 12%. As a result, the commission is being calculated according to that.

If you want the vendor to receive an 88% commission, please update the commission amount in the settings section accordingly.

Additionally, since you are not allowing vendors to receive other charges such as shipping fees or taxes along with their commission, both the net earnings and the total amount remain the same.

Please make the necessary changes on your end, and let us know if you need any further adjustments..
