Hi MVX Support team, I have my vendors’ storefront visible. But when I visit this page, it is completely different from the other pages on the website and it seems that the theme is not getting applied. I tried checking everything I could to see what could be causing this, but I still dont know why this could be happening. It does not even apply the theme’s header and footer.

@mvx_user777, Please share the FTP access with us as well. This is necessary because making changes directly in the code through the file manager may be blocked, but with FTP access, we can modify the files as needed to resolve the issue.

I have not been using an FTP to access the files so dont have one set up. I tried changing the files through the file manager and able to make changes, without a problem.

Hi, I only setup that account for hostinger file manager access. It should work now for wordpress admin access. Same credentials as hostinger account, given above.

When using other themes, the designs appear correctly on the vendor store page without any issues. Since the vendor store page is a taxonomy page of the active theme, it should inherit the design styles accordingly from the theme.

Now it appears that your theme is preventing its styles from being applied to the vendor store page. We recommend reaching out to your theme provider and asking them to ensure that their designs/styles are loaded for the dc_vendor_shop taxonomy page.
