Hello,

It’s been a while since we did not use Vendor Verification and it seems after several upgrades of WCMP and WOO in between, some functionalities are broken.

1. Radio button in Vendor Dashboard -> Store Front -> Verification doesn’t work (could be a css issue)
2. After Verification is accepted by admins, vendors are correctly verified, BUT no badge comes out on their profile / shop
3. After Verification is accepted by admins, the ‘VERIFY’ button in WCMP-Vendors does not work. Admins cannot revoke, nor approve a verification using this button any longer.

Our replies are inline with yours:
1. Radio button in Vendor Dashboard -> Store Front -> Verification doesn’t work (could be a css issue)
>> The default flow is such that once the vendor clicks on submit button then they cannot change the identity verification option until the admin approves/rejects the request.

The issue that you are facing might be for some reason.

1. Radio button does not work, even when that particular vendor never applied to verification.
2. Ok I will be waiting for an update.
3. Please check my video again as you did not understand the issue. When ADMIN approves/verifies a vendor (via TO DO), the VERIFY box under WCMP – VENDORS – STORE is unflagged.
Additionally, if an ADMIN wants to approve/verify a vendor regardless, even without a vendor to submit any document, the same VERIFY box under WCMP – VENDORS – STORE does not work.
Simply put. That VERIFY box does not work, it does not update on the ADMIN side, nor the VENDOR side.

Kindly note that if the vendor submits any of the identity verification options only then they will not be allow to edit anymore.

However if admin still wants to verify that vendor without any documents via WCMp>Vendors>Store>Verify then that vendor will get verified and the badge will be shown on shop page .

Hello,

1 – ok
3 – will be waiting for next update
4 – We would like to change the type of document required (i.e. a professional license for qualified professionals).
Best would be that we are able to create a ‘drill down’ menu, but at least we need to change the name of the radio buttons items.

I don’t want to translate them.
I just need to change titles as we will be uploading different docs.
