    Hey thanks,

    We resolved the issue.
We changed some settings and it works ok now.

Question: Can you guys add a feature to the Advance Frontend so that when a vendor uploads a video.
The vendor can set the setting so that the video can not be downloaded and the customer will have to pay a fee
to watch the video in its entirety.
If the customer wants to watch the video in its entirety again, the customer will have to pay another fee.
Anytime a customer wants to watch the video the customer will have to pay a fee to watch the video.

    Sincerely,

    Jerry

This is the error message I am getting, whenever I try to upload a video from the frontend.

    Sincerely,
    Jerry

Hey thanks you for your response.

The problem is uploading videos from the frontend.
Please try Uploading the videos from the frontend.

Uploading videos from the backend is ok and no problem.

    Please test the frontend

    Sincerely,
    Jerry
