When adding new video products through the WCMp Advanced Frontend Manager dashboard. I can’t upload videos files, and I get a server error. But I can upload through the WCMp Advanced Frontend Manager dashboard audio and image files with no error.

Also, I am able to upload all media files, video, audio, and image when I don’t use WCMp Advanced Frontend Manager dashboard.

      Sincerely,
      Jerry

Hey thanks you for your response.

The problem is uploading videos from the frontend.
Please try Uploading the videos from the frontend.

Uploading videos from the backend is ok and no problem.

      Please test the frontend

      Sincerely,
      Jerry

      Hello Jerry,

By default flow you can upload videos from Vendor dashboard with the help of Advance front end manager or from admin dashboard as the video shared in my last reply.
In these both cases the upload is done from the backend itself.

Now kindly share a video where you are trying to upload the video from frontend so that we can understand your query and help you accordingly.

      Waiting for your reply.

This is the error message I am getting, whenever I try to upload a video from the frontend.

      Hey thanks,

      We resolved the issue.
We changed some settings and it works ok now.

Question: Can you guys add a feature to the Advance Frontend so that when a vendor uploads a video.
The vendor can set the setting so that the video can not be downloaded and the customer will have to pay a fee
to watch the video in its entirety.
If the customer wants to watch the video in its entirety again, the customer will have to pay another fee.
Anytime a customer wants to watch the video the customer will have to pay a fee to watch the video.

      Sincerely,

      Jerry
